Responsibilities:
Adhere to your schedule provided
Complete course work according to your schedule
Always take direction from the staff
Become part of the staff team
Develop a good relationship with your supervisor
Use your supervisor and the setting as a resource
Familiar with PLASP's policies and procedures
Become familiar with the Supervisory Policy
Show initiative without being asked
Be open-minded and be willing to listen and learn

Inform staff of issues that need to be discussed with parents
Contribute to creating a safe work environment
Wear your ID Badge while in the program
Key Responsibilities When Working with Children:
Enjoy interacting with the children
Assist the staff with the children and the program
Interact directly with all the children, by talking, listening, and playing with all of the children
Participate in all aspects of the program
Plan activities that engage the children's interests
Lead indoor and outdoor activities that are geared to the children's interests
Eat with the children
Assist with set-up and clean-up, e.g., lunchtime, craft activities, etc.
Become familiar with policies and procedures
Other
Perform other duties as requested by the staff and/or your supervisor.
