Role Summary:

Fully remote position analyzing political and economic risks for global real estate investments, with capability to work from any jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Research & Analysis:

Conduct remote market assessments using proprietary risk-scoring algorithms Monitor real-time political developments through AI news aggregators Prepare virtual investment memoranda with risk-adjusted projections

Remote Due Diligence:

Coordinate e-notarization of international documents Manage virtual property inspections via IoT sensors Verify chain of title through blockchain registries

Investor Reporting:

Develop interactive risk dashboards for limited partners Host virtual investor briefings across time zones Maintain digital recordkeeping for compliance

Technical Requirements:

5+ years remote work experience in: Emerging markets analysis

or

Cross-border real estate Expertise with: VPN-secured research tools Virtual data room platforms Geospatial analysis software Fluency in English + Spanish/Portuguese/Russian

Remote Work Specifications:

Compensation Package:

Base salary: 120,000?120,000?150,000 Performance bonus: 20-30% Crypto payment options available Unlimited PTO with minimum connectivity requirements
