What You'll Do

As a

Genetic Advisor

, located in Saskatchewan, you'll be the go-to expert for producers in your territory. Your role combines science, strategy, and sales to deliver solutions that drive productivity and profitability. Here's what your day might look like:

Connect & Grow:

Build strong relationships with dairy producers and expand your network.

Drive Success:

Achieve (and crush!) sales targets while managing your territory like a pro.

Be the Expert:

Help producers create genetic plans that elevate herd performance.

Champion Innovation:

Promote WestGen programs like SemexWorks, Optimate, Elevate, and P3.

Stay Organized:

Keep CRM data accurate, manage inventory, and report on performance.

Think Big:

Develop new accounts and grow non-semen sales opportunities.

Represent WestGen:

Maintain a professional image and take pride in your company vehicle and equipment.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in a livestock-related field 3-5 years of industry experience (dairy, livestock, AI) Previous sales experience is a plus! Strong communication skills and a knack for strategic thinking A passion for agriculture and helping producers succeed
