Generator Assembler

who takes pride in their craft, values precision and teamwork, and wants to grow with an innovative company committed to continuous improvement.

Role:

As a Generator Assembler, you'll work hands-on assembling diesel-powered generator skids and control systems that power our advanced heating technologies. You'll be part of a closeknit production team that values efficiency, safety, and attention to detail.

Assemble and wire diesel generator units and related mechanical systems Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders Prepare and install battery cables, engine control harnesses, and wiring (training provided) Set up and operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Fabricate and modify low-volume mechanical parts as needed Perform quality control checks on completed assemblies Maintain accurate documentation and follow standardized processes Communicate effectively within the Thermal Intelligence team Lead by example -- live our culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

What You Bring:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience Skilled with hand and power tools Must have a willingness to learn Detail-oriented with pride in producing consistent, high-quality work Physically capable of lifting 50 lb Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

Beneficial Qualifications:

Forklift certification First Aid Training Experience in generator or heavy equipment assembly Basic electrical wiring or schematic reading skills Previous manufacturing or fabrication shop experience
