Thermal Intelligence has an opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented Generator Assembler to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for stable continuous employment with a solid team of driven people who thrive on overcoming challenges and are always looking for ways to innovate and move beyond the status quo. This is based out of our shop in Edmonton, Alberta.

Role:

As a Generator Assembler, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly of diesel-powered genset skids for our equipment. You will need to bring a mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic and a high degree of attention to detail.

This position has a high level of repetition during our production season with per-determined weekly assembly quotas that need to be met.

Role responsibilities include:

Prepare battery cables Install engine control harness' Assemble and/or modify mechanical parts Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, work orders or reports Ensure proper soldering and installation of electric wiring, training will be provided Set up and operate hand and power tools Keep track of material, tools and equipment, and inform the Team Lead of shortages Properly and consistently document and follow established procedures Wear proper PPE at all times required Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Management

Minimum Requirements:

Must have mechanical experience Must have experience with hand and power tools Must have a willingness to learn High degree of attention to detail Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs Must have a valid Class (5) Driver's License

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
