We're seeking an AI Developer passionate about building agentic systems to join our growing team. You'll contribute to the development of intelligent, autonomous solutions using Google Cloud technologies, helping us transform business operations through AI.


What You'll Do


Build Agentic AI Solutions

Collaborate on the design and development of AI agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously. Use tools like Vertex AI, LangChain, and Google Cloud Functions to create scalable and reliable agentic workflows.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to ensure AI agents are aligned with business goals and built on high-quality data.

Deploy and Monitor AI Agents

Help deploy agentic systems into production using Google Cloud's MLOps stack (Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Build, etc.). Monitor performance and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

Integrate with Business Systems

Support the integration of AI agents with operational systems, coordinating with IT and DevOps teams to meet technical requirements and deployment strategies.

Learn and Grow Continuously

Stay current with the latest developments in Agentic AI, LLMs, and Google Cloud AI services. Apply new techniques to improve solution capabilities and contribute to team knowledge sharing.


What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in software development or AI/ML projects. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Understanding of Agentic AI concepts: prompt engineering, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, model fine-tuning, and reasoning chains. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools. Familiarity with MLOps practices in GCP (e.g., CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring). Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Bilingual (French and English): Regular collaboration with English-speaking colleagues across Canada.
