Position Overview:

We are seeking a Shop Generalist to assist with various tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and supporting project assembly and setup. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is enthusiastic about contributing to our team. We welcome candidates with prior experience in the industry, including retirees who are looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop to ensure a safe working environment.

- Assist in the assembly of pumps and motors, following project specifications and guidelines.

- Support team members with various tasks as needed during project execution.

- Help with inventory management, including organizing parts and supplies.

- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

- Follow safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the shop.

Qualifications:

- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience, preferably in the pump or motor industry.

- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with others.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

- Physical ability to lift and move items as required.

- Retired individuals with experience in the industry are encouraged to apply.
