Position Scope

















We are looking to hire multiple general workers to support our fast-growing business. No experience is required for the role. The successful candidate will provide general assistance to the foreman in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the production process and interested in growing with a fast-paced company.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general activities related to the manufacturing industry such as loading/unloading, lifting, and moving material around the worksite
  • Ensure equipment and worksite is organized and free of clutter, rubble, and garbage
  • Assist machine operators, welders, assemblers, and other co-workers
  • Learn and assist with welding (TIG & MIG)
  • Abide by the requirements of WorkSafeBC and the safety manual/procedures
  • Ensure all tools are properly maintained and stored
  • Other general labour and manufacturing-related duties as required
Qualifications & Abilities
  • Punctual, strong and reliable work ethics
  • Ability to work long hours
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience is an asset, however, full training will be provided
  • Knowledge of welding would be an asset
