Responsibilities

Assist with general maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized workspace Support team members with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as needed Perform basic assembly or packaging tasks according to established procedures Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety standards Contribute to inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues Collaborate with team members to complete daily operational goals efficiently

Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience in general labor or manufacturing is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for consistent attendance Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed
