Job Description
Job responsibilities may include:
Cutting and Trimming composite parts Sanding and shaping various components included bonded parts and cores Place/position laminate composites of fiber sheets that are impregnated with polymer resins into molds Reading and following work instructions and sequencing Mixing and application of bonding adhesives used in the assembly process Application of paint, primer and other finishes using pneumatic spray systems Bagging layered composites for curing Think safety and work safely at all times
Additional job characteristics include:
Attention to detail Creative problem solving skills A working knowledge of power tools such as band saws, routers, drills, grinders Willingness to learn and challenge yourself Ready and willing to work 40 hours per week Reliable attendance record Assist in process quality and efficiency improvements Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management. Able to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
