Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various assembly processes. This role involves working with a variety of tools and machinery to assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy in measurements and alignment. Operate CNC machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and plasma cutting equipment to fabricate parts as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks, including welding and quality inspection of finished products. Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure all assembled products meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as press brake machines and CNC laser cutting equipment, to ensure optimal performance. Participate in training sessions for new technologies or processes related to manufacturing and assembly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred. Familiarity with CNC programming and operation of CNC machinery is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to assembly tasks. Experience with cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment is a plus. Ability to perform quality inspections on assembled products, ensuring compliance with specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
