Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities - Perform order picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently. - Manage shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented. - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers safely. - Load and unload products from delivery trucks or containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. - Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and assist with stock management. - Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Requirements - Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. - Proficiency in order picking, shipping, and receiving processes. - Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery; certification is a plus. - Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting on equipment. - Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous. - Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds). - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
