Job Description

CEMATRIX is in the business of producing cellular concrete on site from mobile processing units, using proprietary technologies.

The candidate does not require prior experience with cellular concrete, though a general construction background is considered an asset. We are looking for individuals who will be capable of assuming a role of responsibility after training is complete. We promote from within our company and are looking for people who can learn to operate equipment and can move up in the Company.

Successful candidates will be capable of:

Ability to travel to multiple worksites
Willing to perform physically demanding work (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds)
Pass a pre-employment drug screen test
Be safety orientated; pass safety orientations courses
Demonstrated ability to adjust to work-related demands
Be willing to work in the field as a crew member with the potential to lead a crew if you demonstrate required skills.
Being able to work extended hours on site as well as shift work when required.

Required license or certification:
Class 5 Driver's License is mandatory, however Class 3 License with Air Brake Endorsement is considered an asset.

Required education:
High school or equivalent
Candidates with post-secondary education and/or technical background will be given preference

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
