Duties

Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Experience
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a related industry.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
