Job Description

Seeking natural leaders with industry experience to guide Salespeople, and drive sales to exceed departmental objectives! As the ideal candidate, you are a high achiever with a proven ability to make impact in the following areas of responsibility:

Creating an appointment culture CRM and CSI driven individual Leading, developing, and motivating sales staff Ensuring safe, efficient operation of the sales areas Overseeing development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives Staying current with industry trends and state-of-the-art processes and equipment

Qualifications:

Prior Sales Management experience Prior Business office experience The ability to motivate and develop dynamic teams that work cohesively A solid understanding of retail and wholesale financing Ability to maintain superior customer satisfaction levels and ratings The ability to successfully negotiate at all levels. VSA License and valid Driver's License
