The Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team as well as act as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Administrator and Contracts Administrator.
Responsibilities
General Administration
Provide administrative support to the EDI sales team
Compile morning report data and distribute to sales team and CAOEC
Assist in creating customer quotes, bids and proposals
Order stationary and printed material (if required)
Complete monthly & weekly data reports, as required
Maintain and update the sales and marketing team activity calendar
Coordinate Saddledome box suite (update events list, assign host company, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Customer Relationship Management Administrator
Administer / Update Prospectus
Ensure data is entered accurately across Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities
Ensure data is up-to-date, in real-time
Identify and correct data errors entered by users in Prospectus
Contracts Administration
Assist the SVP, VP and Manager of Contracts along with members of the Sales Team with documentation pertaining to contract administration and sales and marketing procedures more generally;
Prepare Master Service Agreements, Schedule of Services and CAOEC drilling rig contracts if requested
Request & Compile Certificates of Insurance , HSE Data & Performance Data as required;
Request legal searches on new and existing clients to verify financial and operational status;
Prepare proposals and RFP's as required
Maintainenance of Sales and Contract files
Drilling Optimization Support will take a role for drilling optimization in the Canadian Division. This position identifies inefficiencies in drilling performance and evaluates trends. This position will also collect and analyze data to prepare and present lookback and fleet comparison reports.
Responsibilities
Interacting with the Sales Team, Operations and cliental to diagnose and qualify rig performance;
Analyzing and diagnosing drilling inefficiencies;
Preparing presentations on rig performance and lookback results for clients;
Working with the Sales Team to understand client's needs;
Performing post-well analysis, preparing end of well reports and summarizing Key Performance Indicators;
