Job Description
In the position of General Plant Help, you will play an integral role in the production of high-quality dairy production, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible products on the market. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conducting routine checks and cleaning of equipment
- Assisting with packaging of finished products
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Strong work ethic
- A keen attention to detail
- Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety policies/procedures
- Available for all shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends
- Part-time position with full-time potential (must be able to work up to 40 hours per week)
- Starting wage: $20.77 per hour plus off shift premiums
- After one-year, hourly wage increases to $27.76
