Shift Premiums: Get paid more for working afternoons (7.5%) and midnights (15%). Multiple shifts available - days, afternoons, midnights.

What You'll Do:

As a General Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our machines run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for the operation and setup of parts on mechanical and laser sorting machines, as well as assisting our Secondary Operations Team in various tasks. Don't worry if you haven't worked in this exact role before - full training is provided, and we're here to help you succeed!

Some of your daily tasks will include:

Operating assigned production machines at peak efficiency Performing quality checks (we'll teach you the ropes!) Conducting routine maintenance (like lubrication) on machines Performing general labour duties as required

What We're Looking For:

A high school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently Safety-conscious and eager to learn Willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to obtain overhead crane and forklift certification + Safety shoes required and wearing PPE (hearing and eye protection)

Bonus Points If You Have:

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience


Familiarity with inspection tools or measuring equipment


Forklift or overhead crane experience


The ability to read blueprints and technical documents
