Job Summary

The Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our production processes. This position involves operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Document production data accurately for reporting purposes Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training is a plus Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.36-$27.09 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Work Location: In person
