Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork, as well as the ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and output. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any downtime experienced. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to equipment operation and safety practices.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
