You might be the General Office Clerk Robert Half is looking for, if you are a highly motivated self-starter who is keen on working in the Automotive industry. If you\'re in the Markham, Ontario area, and can perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work, this might be the job for you!

Major responsibilities

- Performing data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying and faxing

- Offer a warm face for customers

- Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed

- Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

- Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Receiving and placing telephone calls

- Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

- A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma

- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

- Experience with Word and Excel

- Familiar with handling office equipment

- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds

- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Administrative Assistance experience

- Document Scanning experience

- 1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
