Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. We are a fast paced small business where teamwork and interactions occur constantly.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, support to management and staff, and provide exceptional customer support.

This position requires proficiency in various office tasks, including phone calls, managing a filing system, managing supplies, maintaining databases accurately, processing documents, forms, and reports, etc. Strong organizational and communication skills are required while prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

This is an in-office, full time position. Hours are 08:00 to 16:30 Monday through Friday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may include:



Document management:

Organize documents, maintain filing systems, copying, scanning, data entry, maintaining electronic records

Communication

: Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone and email, ensuring professional etiquette at all times.

Data entry

: Ensuring accurate record-keeping in data entry systems, spreadsheets, record and files according to established procedures and policies while ensuring confidentiality and organization of sensitive information.

Office supplies and logistics

: Managing office supplies, managing inventory, operating office equipment such as a printer

Client interaction:

Providing customer service, interacting with clients, managing client information

Office & Warehouse Maintenance

: Cleaning and maintaining Office and Storage spaces

Other duties and responsibilities

Qualifications



Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Excellent written, reading, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a time effective manner Critical attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all interactions. Teamwork and collaboration skills Adaptability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Should be able to lift to 30 Lbs Aptitude with various types of Windows based software (i.e. Chrome, Slack, One Drive, etc.)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
