Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Manager/Secretary Treasurer to oversee the day to day operations of Crowe Valley Conservation Authority. The General Manager/Secretary Treasurer will play a critical role in managing budgets, overall administrative planning (operational and administrative) and ensuring compliance with applicable bylaws, regulations and policy. This position requires strong communication skills to work in conjunction with the Board of Directors to further the goals and objectives of the Authority.

Duties



Prepare and present accurate reports to the board of directors and stakeholders. Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies are met Maintain accurate records. Collaborate with staff to provide insights that support decision-making. Responsible for the overall operations of the Authority and administrative planning Provide direction to all members of staff Prepare plans and work in conjunction with the Board of Directors

Skills



Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills for presenting complex information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $101,759.00-$115,127.00 per year
