Duties

Managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily activities, including opening and closing procedures. Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards. Ensuring excellent customer service and handling any customer complaints or issues promptly. Managing the restaurant's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability. Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Ensuring that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations. Handling scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in restaurant management within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to manage a diverse team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration. Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Bartending experience is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
