The GM is responsible for day-to-day operations of the store. The role is to ensure both staff and guests are the top priority and leave each day feeling appreciated and part of the team. The General Manager should be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
We are looking for an experienced, hands on, people focused GM to lead our Victoria location.
3 - 5 years of management experience in a high volume restaurant or bar environment
Understanding of labour, COGs, inventory, scheduling and P&L management
Excellent communication, conflict resolution and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Leadership style that blends professionalism with personality, fun, approachable and steady under pressure.
