, we're now building a powerful platform for marine service, sales, and innovation.

We're looking for an exceptional

General Manager

to lead our operations from our new

state-of-the-art headquarters and distribution facility

in

Errington, BC

. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can think strategically, build strong partnerships, and scale a business with vision and energy.

What You'll Do

Lead and grow AB Inflatables' distribution in Western Canada

, including dealer development, logistics, and customer support Oversee

direct-to-consumer and B2B sales

, managing pricing strategy, inventory, and service excellence

Expand additional business lines

out of the VI Marine Group headquarters and integrate operations across our brands Work closely with our in-house team, including service technicians, sales staff, and administrative support Build a strong company culture centered around customer service, innovation, and marine lifestyle leadership

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership and general management experience, ideally in the

marine

,

automotive

,

recreational vehicle

, or

outdoor power equipment

industries Strong commercial acumen with experience in

sales, operations, and network development

Outboard technician or marine industry experience is a definite asset but not required Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead both strategy and execution
