The Opportunity
We're looking for a
hands-on, business-minded General Manager
to lead daily operations, strengthen advertising sales, and support expansion across Manitoba and beyond.
This is a
hybrid position
that allows you to
work from home
, with occasional on-site work for vending-machine installations, product kitting, and client visits.
This role offers significant income growth tied to performance. Because compensation is based on overall company profitability, the more successful you are at driving advertising sales and operational efficiency, the higher your earnings can grow.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all
day-to-day operations
of the company.
Analyze sales data
to improve product mix, pricing, and profitability.
Manage
purchasing and inventory
, ensuring cost-effective restocking and efficient product rotation.
Supervise
product kitting
so machines can be filled weekly and accurately.
Ensure all machines are
maintained, serviced, and visually appealing
.
Lead and support team members
, including vending fillers and advertising representatives.
Conduct
site visits
for new vending opportunities and potential advertising clients.
Drive growth through
B2B and direct advertising sales
, securing new business advertising partners.
Develop digital advertising content
for clients.
Program, install, and relocate vending machines
as new sites are added.
Calculate monthly profit-share payments
for partner locations when required.
Collaborate with ownership on
budgeting, accounting, and forecasting
.
Assist with
marketing and promotional initiatives
that build brand awareness.
Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to maintain service standards and expand operations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in
B2B advertising sales
or comparable client-acquisition roles.
Direct sales experience
is an asset.
Experience
hiring and training commission-based sales representatives
is an asset.
Background in
operations management

sales leadership
, or
business development
.
Strong
leadership, analytical, and organizational
skills.
Familiarity with
inventory control
and
financial tracking
.
Technical aptitude for
vending-machine setup and programming
(training provided).
Creative and confident communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
Experience in vending, retail, or franchise operations is an asset.
Comfortable working both
remotely and on-site
as needed.
Compensation
This role is compensated through a
20 % profit-share model
based on company net profits after expenses. Earnings grow in proportion to business performance, particularly through successful advertising-sales expansion.
