Our Movie Theater Client is looking for an experienced General Manager to run the day to day operations of a busy movie theater.

  • Must have General Manager expreince in a food and beverage operation or retail
  • Strong communication and team builder
  • Financial management and willingness to learn
This role has overall accountability to ensure the high quality and efficient execution of all operations, including focus and ownership within In-Theatre Sales, Experience, Box Office, and Guest Service areas. The GM is
responsible for the oversight and leadership within their building, supporting and cultivating ownership of budget line items within the scope of individual managers.

The GM ensures the team is continuously focusing on and improving the overall guest experience, driving success and continuous growth by cultivating entrepreneurship within the team. The GM supports
the development of a positive internal culture, building and improving upon the employee experience resulting in being a sought-after employer.
