Are you a seasoned hospitality leader ready to take on one of Whistler's most exciting management opportunities? Stonesedge Kitchen is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience.


Located in the heart of Whistler Village, Stonesedge Kitchen is known for its cozy yet vibrant atmosphere, warm hospitality, and refined dining. Our menu showcases locally sourced ingredients crafted into diverse, approachable dishes, complemented by a curated beverage program featuring BC wines, craft beers, and inventive cocktails. We're dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences that keep guests returning time and again.


As General Manager, you'll be more than just an operator -- you'll be the driving force behind the guest experience, team culture, and overall success of the restaurant. You are a hands-on leader with an eye for detail, a passion for service, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

What you bring to the table:



A genuine passion for hospitality and a love for exceptional food, BC wines, craft beer, and handcrafted cocktails. Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with a hands-on, team-first approach. A track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences and building strong community connections. Strong administrative and technical skills, including Microsoft Office, POS systems, and scheduling/timekeeping platforms. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in Whistler's fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure. Valid Serving It Right certification (required). First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).


What Your Days Will Look Like



Be the go-to expert on our menu, beverage program, and guest experience standards. Lead, mentor, and schedule a high-performing front-of-house team -- including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching. Participate in operations and strategy meetings to drive sales, profitability, and team engagement. Oversee daily inventory management and shift readiness to ensure smooth, efficient service. Maintain liquor license compliance and uphold the highest industry and safety standards. Champion guest feedback programs and internal recognition initiatives to continuously elevate performance. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and special events that showcase Stonesedge Kitchen as a premier Whistler dining destination.
