Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards customer service. Supervise and train staff to maintain a cohesive team environment. Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly

Qualifications



Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Strong team management abilities, fostering collaboration among staff members. Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed in the hospitality sector.
