Who you are

Reporting into the Vice President of Real Estate Management Services, you will manage a key retail portfolio in for eastern Canada ensuring the optimization and delivery of tangible results through effective leadership.

Working collaboratively and overseeing a dynamic team, you are comfortable handling operations and financial and administrative activities, managing important relationships with our tenants, property owner and vendors. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually add value. Your focus will be to work in collaboration with the client and regional team members to maximize income and enhance asset value through proactive leasing, management and marketing efforts.

What you bring

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience within retail/commercial property management.

Strong experience of retail leasing.

Excellent relationship and team building ability.

Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attentional detail.

Role model, conscientious, reliable, and flexible.

Bonus skills and experience

Commercial real estate accreditation such CPM or RPA.

Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
