Job Description
On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
We are recruiting for a General Manager role at one of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s Best Places To Work.
Our client is a Canadian occupational health and safety leader and works with some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading companies like Dupont, 3M and Honeywell. An exciting combination of organic growth, acquisitions and continuous innovations has helped them solidify their hold on the market.
They are looking to bring on board a General Manager to run and grow their consulting services business, which is already generating millions in revenue and has a lot of room to grow.
Here are some additional details about the role:
- You will have full P&L responsibility for their growing global consulting services business.
- Compensation: On target earnings of $180K-$200K+ (base + variable)
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in management or 5+ years in a similar position
- Experience with a CRM and an ERP
- Experience in sales, operations, and finance
- Experience in selling consulting services
- Must be fully Bilingual
