The success of this role relies on leading a productive team and sustaining long term profitability. Knowledge of kitchen is a must as you must be able to recognize and promote quality and achieve excellent sanitation standards. You are responsible for developing employees and managers that will positively impact growth of the business and achieve both financial targets and performance goals. The successful candidate must be at all times firm, fair and consistent. This role is extremely customer focused, building relationships and talking with each and every guest is a must.

DUTIES:

This job will have a component of serving shifts on the less busy days.

Daily operational functions of our business

Set targets, execute action plans to reach goals and control costs

Recruit, train and inspire team.

SKILLS:

Passion for guest experience and people development

Perform well under pressure

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to self motivate, maintain a sense of urgency and problem solve. Understanding of food costs, labour costs and inventory control

MUST have minimum 5 years fine Dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift times are from 2pm to 11pm

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
