As the General Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead a team to deliver a profitable store business plan. You\xe2\x80\x99re responsible for bringing the brand to life for our customers and ensuring our store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding goals. You\xe2\x80\x99ll drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. As the General Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll inspire and coach your store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze results, identify opportunities and makes decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the Profit & Loss Statement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people through coaching and feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 Teach and train to build capabilities and hold team accountable for performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the implementation and execution of all standard operating procedures and initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create an inclusive and positive working environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform Service Leader duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Represent the brand and understand the competitive landscape. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote community involvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leverage an omni-channel approach to deliver a frictionless customer experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all compliance standards are met Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
