Farina A Legna is a casual, intimate Italian restaurant that takes its menu inspiration from the wood oven, the heart of our kitchen. We're known for our wood-fired pizza and handmade pasta, and now we're looking for a General Manager to lead the team! This is a hands-on, active floor role, perfect for someone who loves great food and genuine hospitality, and who's excited to teach, motivate, and grow a team. Who you are:

A hospitality-driven leader with 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Experience with ordering, inventory management, scheudling, payroll, labour, and cost of goods control Calm, kind, and confident when interacting with guests and staff Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine is an asset Serving It Right & Food Safe Level 1 certification required Available to work evenings and weekends
