General Manager

to lead our team and elevate our operations to the next level.

Duties

Oversee all front and back-of-house operations Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost controls Monitor budgets, targets, and P&L performance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Foster a positive team culture and collaborative environment Lead and manage all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth operations across departments.. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and product availability.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-volume restaurant/bar Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and labor Exceptional guest service mindset Knowledge of food, beverage, and bar operations Smart Serve (or provincial equivalent) certified Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
