Duties

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the industry. Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams towards achieving common goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and make informed decisions. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on objectives.
