Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the customer service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service, and overall operational efficiency while fostering a positive team environment.

Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of the business operations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Ensure compliance with public safety, and guidelines set by GNB Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure a cohesive team that delivers excellent service. Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to track sales and optimize operational efficiency. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive experience.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in using POS systems for managing transactions and reporting. Exceptional team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff for peak performance. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
