Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Implement training programs for staff on food preparation, cash handling, and customer service best practices. Conduct interviews and hire qualified personnel to maintain an effective workforce. Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering of supplies to ensure optimal stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food industry. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality meets established standards. Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales data.
