Responsibilities:
Ensure Social Media Development
Manage day-to-day operations of the gym, including staff supervision, facilitymaintenance, facility cleaning, and member relations.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of fitness coaches, front desk staff, andcleaning personnel if applicable.
Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, including marketinginitiatives, referral programs, and community outreach.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including proper equipment usage and emergency protocols.
Monitor key performance indicators, such as membership retention, revenue targets,and member satisfaction, and take proactive measures to achieve goals.
Create and manage location purchasing budgets, and track expenses.,
Foster a positive environment for staff and members, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
Represent the gym in the local community by participating in events as needed, networking with other businesses, and building relationships with potential partners or sponsors.
Foster and respond to Google Reviews
Membership & Training Sales - Responsible for achieving membership sales goals.
Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
Service Excellence - Provide members with the motivation, guidance, and programming to help them achieve results.
Leadership - Motivate and lead team members to bring their best every day.
Community Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.
Facility Excellence - Ensure that the facility's equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
