POSITION OVERVIEW



As a General Manager - High Potential, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining GRETA's fun and vibrant atmosphere. You will lead a team dedicated to upholding our high standards of service, food, and beverage quality. Your role will involve:

Coaching and developing staff to create an engaging team culture Managing front-of-house costs and achieving key operational targets Implementing effective scheduling and inventory control techniques Leveraging social media expertise to enhance engagement and community presence
This position is designed for high-potential leaders who are looking for career growth, with the expectation of relocation to a major Canadian or U.S. city after one year. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum 5 years in a hospitality management position Willingness to relocate to any major city in Canada or the U.S. after 1 year Minimum 2 years of social media experience (content creation, strategy, community engagement, analytics, TikTok, Instagram expertise) Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar) Experience with POS systems (LightSpeed is considered an asset) Experience with reservation booking systems (OpenTable or similar is considered an asset) Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams Exceptional organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to ensuring outstanding guest experiences Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and inventory management Strong problem-solving skills, able to address challenges quickly and effectively

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high service standards Lead and mentor employees through ongoing coaching, training, and development Manage front-of-house costs, meeting inventory and labor targets Utilize social media to drive guest engagement and brand awareness Oversee scheduling, hiring, and staff performance to ensure smooth operations Work closely with the Chef to ensure menu execution, costing, and kitchen cleanliness Execute administrative tasks that support the overall success of the location Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support operations

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS



Total compensation of $80,000 - $85,000, inclusive of gratuities and bonus potential (base salary dependent on experience) during the training program while stationed at a store with a Once completed the training program and positioned at own store, will increase to approximately $100,000 (inclusive of gratuities and bonus potential ) Weekly gratuities + annual profit-based bonus program Annual salary review Cell Phone Allowance 2 - 3 weeks paid vacation (varies based on experience) Industry-leading 60% food & beverage manager discount at all GRETA & Hudsons Canada's Pub locations Health Benefits Package (after a 90 day waiting period) Professional Development opportunities Performance-based Rewards Trip Annual GRETA Merch Allowance Relocation Allowance (negotiable)
