The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated indivudual to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to learn every aspect of running a high-performing pizzeria -- from operations and staff management to customer experience and cost control. The goal is to grow into a full General Manager role within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and ensure consistent food quality, speed, and presentation
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and team communication
Foster a positive, energetic kitchen and front-of-house culture
Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, food cost, and labour cost
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance reviews
Engage with customers and uphold premium service standards
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with FoodSafe standards
Work directly with ownership on initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership qualities and a "lead by example" attitude
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
Prior experience in a restaurant or food-service environment
Willingness to learn operations, cost management, and team leadership
Availability to work evenings and weekends
