You will use your expertise to:

Manage all facets of your location. Mentoring and coaching your team to drive towards excellence for your customers. Work closely with upper management to ensure quality and standards are being upheld. Provide evidence-based input on current state issues and proactive forecasting, to the development and updating of location goals. Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities and local marketing campaigns. Providing best-in-class customer service while handling concerns and issues. Drive location Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Continually assisting with employee engagement and career development planning. Being a leader for brand ambassadors of Evolve Strength.

Do you have what it takes?

Must-haves (minimum requirements)

Passion for Health and Wellness. College Diploma or Equivalent 3+ years of management experience. 3+ years of corporate experience. Desire to grow and continuously improve. Prior experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members Demonstrated analytical skills, logical process thinking and excellent decision-making skills while utilizing a balanced approach. Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance and supervision. Demonstrated knowledge of the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and tools. Previous customer service, and sales experience. Basic knowledge of the following professions: Massage therapy, Chiropractic, Athletic Therapy, Physiotherapy, Personal Training.
