Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity in the store. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and growth. Lead and mentor team members to foster professional development. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the team. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes. Cultivate relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Manage budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Drive initiatives to improve store layout and customer experience. Prepare and present performance reports to upper management.

Experience/Qualifications



Proven experience in retail management, preferably in an electrical store. Eagerness to learn and evolve in a growth-oriented environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Experience in leading and mentoring teams for professional growth. Ability to manage budgets and control expenses effectively. Strong customer relationship management skills to enhance loyalty. Knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment processes. Commitment to fostering a high-performance culture within the team. Experience in preparing performance reports for upper management.
