Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our dynamic custom millwork manufacturing Company. This role requires great leadership skills, focus on results and productivity.

Duties

-Analyze customer specifications to create custom products that meet their needs via effective sales strategy.

-Manage daily administrative and manufacturing operations ensuring its efficient flow and high performance results.

-Maintain high standards of efficiency and quality control throughout entire Companies processes.

-Create and implement strategies to improve manufacturing techniques, administrative and client support routines.

-Overlook financial goals, create strategies and coordinate action plans to achieve it.

-Ensure smooth and coordinated project management process, implement necessary tools to obtain accurate records and control mechanisms.

-Document production processes and maintain records of materials used and products created, KPI's.

-Organise team training and competence improvement.

-Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and safety requirements.

Qualifications

-Proven experience in a manufacturing or custom fabrication environment is a must.

-Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

-Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.

-A commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new techniques or technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
