Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated

Hotel General Manager (GM)

to oversee all operations of our hotel and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, demonstrate proven hospitality management skills, and drive both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior hotel or resort management experience is strongly preferred.

Duties

Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services Lead, train, and support department managers and staff to achieve service excellence Implement operational policies and maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control Monitor guest satisfaction, review feedback, and initiate service improvements Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and performance evaluations Maintain strong interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless operations Optimize occupancy rates, revenue, and overall hotel profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hotel regulations Oversee vendor contracts and coordinate with external service providers Support marketing efforts and community relationships to promote the hotel Represent the hotel professionally with guests, partners, and stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

hotel or resort management

(minimum 3-5 years preferred) Strong

leadership skills

with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance Exceptional

guest relations and customer service

skills Knowledge of

budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management

Familiarity with

hotel software systems

( reservations, POS, housekeeping tools) Excellent communication skills -- verbal, written, and phone etiquette Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced settings Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of local hospitality regulations, safety standards, and compliance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
