It's been our mission To Serve the World Flavour since we first opened in 1994, and we're just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. Wingstop launched in Canada in 2022 and we have continued to grow and make an impact in our community since then!
We are beyond excited to be coming to Calgary, Alberta! We are looking for someone who is hungry and passionate about the opportunity to be a part of our first expansion in Canada outside of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
Operations
Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Maintain operational standards and requirements in the restaurant.
Oversee the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service to ensure a crave-worthy experience for our guests.
Be knowledgeable about the menu and able to coach the team to suggest options and/or upsell guests.
Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner and provide top quality products and service.
Address guest concerns or complaints with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Maintain the restaurant to the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure a presentable and sanitary environment.
Ensure the completion of all AM set-up/PM closing checklists and procedures.
Work within provided budgets to create work schedules that maintain labour costs.
Oversee purchasing, weekly and monthly inventory and entry of waste to ensure accurate reporting and proper inventory management.
Promote a proactive and preventive approach to health and safety in the workplace to help prevent accidents and injuries to ensure a safe environment for our team and guests.
Maintain food quality control and food safety standards at all times.
Manage and maintain various systems for the business.
Be responsible for accurate cash handling within the business.
Identify and communicate maintenance problems to the Regional Manager to ensure they are corrected in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to the business.
Ensure all risk management issues follow company standards.
Ability to execute Local Store Marketing - LSM.
People & Culture
Promote and help maintain a positive team environment.
Enforce all Wingstop policies, procedures and values - the Wingstop Way - to ensure a consistent experience for the team.
Ensure Team Members provide our guests with a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
Ensure all employees adhere to Wingstop's Dress Code and grooming standards.
Coach and mentor the team following Wingstop's People-First Leadership approach to ensure all employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
Oversee and conduct performance management for all Team Members. Ensure performance evaluation has been properly documented. Follow up as needed to ensure job expectations are being met to the highest possible standard.
Follow the progressive discipline process to ensure prompt and consistently fair corrective action in response to any and all violations of Wingstop policies and procedures.
Handle and resolve personnel problems properly and efficiently, in consultation with the People & Culture department.
