About the Role

This is a leadership position for someone ready to shape a division's future. As General Manager, you'll guide a business with a strong starting point and clear opportunities for expansion. You'll define priorities, strengthen customer partnerships, and move the division toward long-term, sustainable growth.

About You

Confident stepping into a role with real authority to drive change and long-term growth Strong commercial mindset with solid operational understanding Skilled at building and maintaining customer and supplier relationships Effective at managing financial performance and making sound decisions under pressure Strategic thinker who adapts quickly as markets and priorities shift Proven ability to lead teams, inspire collaboration, and hold others accountable 8 to 10 years of experience in the industrial chemical or manufacturing sector Demonstrated success in sales growth, business development, and key account leadership Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within a manufacturing environment Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management Knowledge of bulk chemical handling, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
