We are a fast-growing company and are searching for a General Manager in one of our newest location, Bruce Kia, in Yarmouth, NS.
The Opportunity:
Bruce Kia is a small dealership with huge opportunities to grow. The brand is the fastest growing in Canada and the existing team is committed to make its mark in the community. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dealership, providing coaching, development and oversight of the entire store. You will be responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the dealership and will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals, colleagues and industry experts on best practices and industry trends to maximize financial and operational goals. You will prepare, administer, and be responsible for annual budgets and forecast goals, targets and objectives and analyze sales, expenses and inventory to maximize profit goals. You will ensure overall customer satisfaction for both external and internal customers and align dealership and department goals with manufacturer requirements, strategies and targets.
What we are looking for:
You have a proven track record of profitability and customer satisfaction. You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and being involved in the day-to-day sales, service and parts operations. You align with our company values of challenging the status quo, doing the right thing by others, working as one and executing on your commitments relentlessly. You have a minimum of 5 years of dealership management experience and strong general business acumen. You are a natural leader and have the ability to motivate and lead teams to be the best versions of themselves. You are revenue and goal-oriented and have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive relationships with manufacturers. Proven experience in Fixed Operations is considered an asset.
