We are an authentic Mexican restaurant in the heart of Bolton, Ontario, known for bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality. We take pride in delivering a dining experience rooted in tradition, culture, and community. We're currently looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our front and back of house teams and help us grow to the next level.



What You'll Do



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness

Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment

Hire, train, and schedule team members

Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and ensure cost controls

Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and labour regulations

Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a customer-first approach

Work closely with ownership on marketing, events, and overall business strategy

Bring energy, leadership, and pride to every shift



Qualifications



3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or general manager

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for hospitality and customer service

Experience with inventory, scheduling, budgeting, and team development

Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus (but not required)

Smart Serve certification required

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
